    Hello,

    Greetings from Ireland and Happy St Patrick’s Day!

    Could someone help please? I am looking for a detox protocol for the MMR vacinne please?

    Also if anyone knows of one for the 6 in 1 d-tap please?

    For my kids I usually get them to eat really healthy leading up to them. Specific focus on VitC rich foods, VitD supplement, green juices. Then on day and few days after get them to drink silica rich water, e.g. Volvic (there are other brands). Dr Christopher Exley has done a fair bit of research on this.

    I also space out the jabs and get them done when older if possible. Hope this helps.
