    Hi everyone,

I’ve been dealing with joint pain and stiffness, especially after long hours of work, and it’s really been affecting my daily routine. I’ve been looking for ways to improve joint health and came across some helpful Arthrogenix r*views. It seems like a promising supplement for reducing joint discomfort and supporting mobility. I’ve heard positive feedback from others who have tried it, particularly those with chronic inflammation.

If anyone here has used this or similar supplements, I’d love to hear your thoughts on how they’ve helped with joint health. I know it’s always important to talk to a doctor before trying something new, but I’m hoping this might be a good addition to my routine.

For those interested, you can read more about it here:

Topically there is DMSO, it is a Transdermal anti-inflammatory solution.

Orally MSM which is related to DMSO.

A midwestern doctor has written extensively about both.

see my link to MW Doc below.

Also, it is not ONLY used topically. Can be taken internally.

Topical side effects are dry skin and itching, read the details in MW Docs newsletter. You CAN sign up for FREE but it is entirely worth it to sign up as a paid subscriber.

Need to be grounding (barefoot) outside and in the sun for as many hours as possible per day. otherwise a grounding mat and infrared light. eat organic and a heck of alot of meat and some good fats. controversial I know, but thats what worked for me. also high doses of vit C and lots of water. and good salt. teaspoon per day with alot of water. remove emfs as much as possible

Wondering what the connection could be between EMFs and joint pain? Also, what suggestions do you have for reducing EMFs? Thanks.

I have no problem with joint pain at 74 but DO read the Midwestern Doctor’s substack!

    GO HERE, Please: https://www.midwesterndoctor.com/p/dmso-is-a-miraculous-therapy-for

DMSO is apparently a near-miracle drug discarded and dissed by the FDA for decades!

My wife uses it and it WORKS.

    Good luck.

On DMSO there’s Dr. Saleeby’s take on it at the link above, and there is too this disclaimer from the IMA, until we have a databased position. –

Boswellia supplement was helpful for me. Joint supplement could help as well. Joint formula usually contains ingredients such as Glucosamine Hydrochloride, Chondroitin Sulfate, MSM, and BioCell Collagen.
