Mike is simply expressing what every athlete knows as fact…you cannot eat junk food (most of what we are sold) and achieve good health. Fat shaming should be a thing. The government should be encouraging good eating/exercise habits and NOT that stupid inverted food pyramid that sells junk food. There is much to be done.

I think it’s a deflection from the REAL problem. I used to think eating whole food was the best way to achieve good health and prevent chronic disease.

I’ve since learned (mostly due to the wisdom of Sasha Latypova) that vaccines are responsible for most of the chronic disease in our nation. Sasha herself lived in a nation where she consumed lots of processed food but had very few vaccines shoved into her body. She enjoyed a life without chronic disease. She also noted people in Ukraine did not (do not) experience the level of chronic disease we in the U.S. experience.

I’m in favor of better quality, nutrient dense, whole food for Americans. I just want to put that goal where it belongs and keep my eye on the ball of the true cause of chronic disease.

He’s not wrong; I just wish they could have found a more credible and dignified spokesperson.
