I have long term, chronic Lyme disease. From time to time, per my MD, I do a course of Methylene Blue. Recently, I started taking Zeta Aid.

“(abbreviation are mine) ‘Methylene Blue’ enhances cellular energy production by integrating into the electron transport chain, cycling btwn oxidized & reduced forms to improve mitochondrial efficiency & resolve metabolic issues. MB’s role in treating neurological conditions, include slowing progression of Alzheimer’s at doses of 16 mg daily. Effectively treats septic shock, reducing mortality rates, shortening hospital stays & improving blood pressure without significant adverse effects. Anticancer properties selectively target cancer cell mitochondria while sparing healthy cells from damage.”

“‘Zeta Aid’: By “charging” distilled water with electrolytic minerals or Zeta Crystals, it not only re-energizes our cells, it lowers the surface tension of the water making it wetter and better absorbed and allows nutrients to be more bioavailable.” https://zetaaid.com/pages/zestful-wellness-protocol

If I use the Methylene Blue in the same morning I am drinking the Zeta Aid. My body responds like it is 20 again (I’m 77).

I take methylene blue as well. You should look into monolaurin for chronic Lyme Dz. treatment.

Brenda can you offer your dosages as examples, ball parks?

? for MB, start around what? 6 mg and titrate up to 16mg?

?how many days running and how often do you run this regimen/yr?

?about how much Zeta aid / water is normal for you?

?Used only during same time as the methylene blue or all the time?

I’m a big proponent of using Methylene Blue in combination with Infrared (I use Platinum LED panels). If you watch the 2023 talks by Dr. Mobeen Syed (on Methylene Blue) and Dr. Paul Marik (Infrared) you’ll learn how both positively impact cell health, both working on Compex IV (Cytochrome C) of the electron transport chain.

This combination has many studies over the years and recently studies are finding specifically it helps with skin cancer.

I’m not a medical professional but internally the combination should be just as impactful because Infrared is a low frequency light (think of it as heat, which it is) and it can penetrate to our body’s core.

To schreib69: MB is per recommendation for body weight. Check your source. I go through a 2oz, 1% bottle from time to time.

I keep this in my emergency medical kit per: “Melatonin and methylene blue belong in every emergency medical kit. (Along w/DMSO?) In cases of an acute heart attack or stroke, melatonin helps limit the damage, while methylene blue augments cytochromes to allow the continued production of ATP even without the use of oxygen, which also helps minimize cell death and tissue damage.”

In this case I’m using it to address a minor cerebellum hemorrhagic stroke which research indicates is a rare Lyme outcome even for the young.

Zeta Aid is per website. This is my first time trying it.

I’d like to recommend the use of “Medical QiGong” (one of the many kinds of QiGong, including Tai Chi Ch’uan) to complement your use of MB and Z. Since QiGong stimulates all the meridians and acupuncture points (as per Traditional Chinese Medicine) that acupuncture focuses on, and enhances blood flow as well as the flow of Qi (energy or Universal Energy), it seems to me that it would be an ideal adjunct to your use of your supplements. Your use of supplements would also be analogous to the occasional use of medicinal herbs by those practicing QiGong, as often recommended by their master instructor-teachers, to facilitate the flow of Qi.
