Ive research ivermectin for a few years now and I found studies that prove effective with cancer, diabetes, chronic pain, alcoholism and the obvious other one like parassites and river blindness and such forth. I would imagine that it would help with Glaucoma but havent found the studies. Theyre making it harder and harder to find on the internet these days . I alway have to back date my questions to the 80’s or 90’s to get real info

          Hi Regina

A quick search on our IMA website for those 3 criteria would be worth a try.

I have not seen any studies regarding safety for glaucoma; however I have reviewed for that in a non-rigorous search in the past. I have pigmentary glaucoma which resulted in high eye pressure several years ago (now lowered to 11-12 after SLT + drugs (stopped working) and then invasive glaucoma surgery (and no drugs now taken). I have taken IVM regulatory since 2020 and have no indication that it has affected my eyes. I have ophthalmologist appointments 2-3 times yearly with no atypical issues raised. Of course, this is my personal experience and I am not a medical professional.

thanks for sharing you experience and I’m sure it will help someone out. I know that Ivermectin has been shown to be a safe treatment for onchocercasis and chorioretinal lesions but that’s about all that I could find. I had a couple clients whose vision start going south right after getting the vaccines and thought that there would be a little more on the subject. thanks again and I keep researching.

DMSO eye drops worked in healing glaucoma in my doctor’s mother. But it stings!

Further, my experience is that taking IVM did not reduce the eye pressure.
