I understand that there is a protocol for thee use of ivermectin , fennelsazole and menbendazoke. I have terminal prostrate cancer with Mets to bone and adrenals, currently on docetaxil having failed on ADT x2 finding out I have an ATM mutation. I would be interested in the protocol and recommended dosing.

I’m not a medical professional and can’t speak to your specific questions about who shouldn’t take it and drug interactions. That said, the dosing for ivermectin for Covid is done by weight and 12 or 18 mg are very low doses. At my weight, I was using 12 mg for prevention and when sick I would take 24mg or 36mg. Doses of 12mg or 18mg definitely not an issue.
