Is High Sodium a Hidden Killer in the ICU? 🧂

Was there anything that suggested that the ICU used counter measures in reducing sodium levels in patients? I did not see the details of patient treatment. Is there any evidence or protocols that would include Potassium IV as a counter measure in reducing excess sodium levels? Rather than treating sodium levels perhaps it would be better to address high sodium levels with a counter-measure like Potassium IV protocols.

Yes and thank you, I have already done that and I noticed a few questions along the same lines of Potassium IV protocol. I going to take a deeper dive into this study in the hope of understanding the depth of the study.
