    What’s it all about?

“This guide is designed to provide foundational knowledge about fasting and intermittent fasting as it relates to cancer, whether as a supportive therapy during active treatment or as part of a long-term healing plan.”

You have to read it. The full intro to it is here on our website and the download is available there as well. And, of course, you have to share it with everyone you know who may benefit.

Please know, though, “fasting during cancer treatment is not a one-size-fits-all solution.” So your fasting approach must be tailored to your needs and maybe also coordinated with medical experts to ensure safety and maximum benefit.

The guide introduces 7 Key Types of Fasting.

    • 🌙 Circadian Overnight Fast

    • 🕑 Time-Restricted Eating (TRE)

    • 📅 Intermittent Calorie Restriction (5:2)

    • 🌿 Fasting-Mimicking Diet (FMD)

    • 🚦 Prolonged Water Fast (>3–5 days)

    • 🥤 Juice Fasting

    • 🔬 Metabolic Switching (Fasting-Induced)

    Why Read the Guide?

This concise resource breaks down the science and practical guidelines, encouraging patients, clinicians, and caregivers to share experiences and discuss tailored strategies for healing.

Please have a read. Helen and I have been doing time-restricted eating, 8pm – 11am, for ages now. It’s been really helpful. And this guide could really help any and all who would consider using Intermittent Fasting as a  potential complementary strategy in cancer care.

Please have a read and tell us what you think about it, and of course share and share and share.
