Hypertension after 2021/2022
Posted by braves540.0289731025696 seconds
on April 17, 2025 at 10:40 am EDTI am shocked to not find any discussions on forums on Hypertension after the shots. I am hearing from friends their BP has skyrocketed since 2021 and one of them has been taking 100mg of Losartan, even then the BP numbers are stuck at 160/110 which is dangerous for 52 year man in otherwise healthy condition (no other comorbidities). Are there any treatment other than Dr McCullough’s spike detox protocol? IMA post vaccine treatment does not have any reference to Dr McCullough’s spike detox and has other primary treatment approaches that include IVM, hydroxy, etc. I am personally seeing my BP numbers higher since last 6 months. I have benefitted from intermittent fasting but the numbers creep back up after I stop on some days. I am now trying everything personally so I can help others – daily steamed beets, Celery juice, Coco Flavanols, COQ10, raw Garlic, Magnesium L-Threonate, HIIT Exercise, Steam Sauna, Cold plunges; Would like someone to put these in a high to low benefits from a supplement standpoint and from therapies that could help.

Thanks for this note Braves54. Looks certain to get a discussion going.

I’ve also been dealing with hypertension since the shot. I was incredibly healthy before, fit, active, and with no prior issues, and since have been experiencing brain fog and tinnitus along with the elevated blood pressure. I’d really like to hear from others too who are going through the same thing and what has actually helped in bringing the blood pressure down. Thanks for sharing your experience and for starting this important discussion.

👍 Thank Grantl

I am not a medical person but do have an analytical mind so take my comment with a grain of salt. I suspect that the rise in blood pressure may be due in large part to microclotting in tissue throughout the body. If you think about plumbing, open pipes have an easy ability to flow water. But if you put some sort of restriction in the pipe, it takes more pressure to achieve the same amount of flow volume through the pipe. You can see this when you open a faucet and the water dribbles out but as you continue to open the faucet more water will flow through at a faster rate. Our tissues require an even flow of blood to nourish each cell at a consistent rate. If we don’t get the right amount of nourishment, the tissue will die or at least be malnourished and not perform its function well. Microclotting has the affect of essentially restricting the amount of blood getting to tissue. I suspect that getting rid of the microclots will help to restore blood flow and reduce the pressure required to properly nourish our cells. That is my theory.

If microclotting is causing hypertension. Would taking daily baby asprin, eating Natto almost 3-4 times/week, high quality fish oil capsule 1-2gm, Flaxseed 1-2 tbps help? These are all blood thinning natural supplements as I understand. I am taking all these for past 3 weeks, time will tell. I also, (in my case) have a nasal congestion issue at night which maybe causing higher systolic 140, my diastolic is below 80, only thing that helps with the nasal rhinitis is Flonase. I am seeing an ENT to see if surgical intervention may help. But I digressed, this is not the case for others with similar high bp. So how to solve for microclotting? Nattokinase? Baby asprin? Any other off label meds? How to test for the root cause?

Hypertension in young, formerly healthy nursing students was one of the first adverse reactions to the shots that I started seeing in the Spring of 2021 (in addition to tachycardia and abnormal bleeding).
Many of my injected patients in their 30s and 40s now have hypertension (some of them are drinkers and smokers, but not all).
I did not take the shots, but being around heavily injected patients, coworkers, and providers definitely gives me transient hypertension! Symptoms resolve when I get out into the fresh air. Hmmm?

While I would love for there to be a comprehensive and definite prioritized list of what works, and presumably for everyone! it seems challenging to define.
The one thing that has undeniably worked for everyone I know who has tried it for high blood pressure is going outside to ground/earth: Bare feet on conducive material, ideally wet, like dirt, grass, sand, pebbles, unfinished concrete. Basically being on any surface that is natural, but not tree roots or bark as that is insulating.
Minimum is 5 min but most people find 30 min is the magic number. And yes, daily is best, but do what life allows.
My perimenopusal hot flashes and PMS symptoms have 100% gone too. Sleep is solid. Libido is up. And mood/gratitude for life is amazing!

Good point on earthing. I actually sleep with my feet on an earthing mat, but not sure how conductive or efficient that is. Now that weather has improved, will make it a point to walk barefoot in the yard everyday for 20 mins. Thank you for great suggestion!

👍 So easy. So good.

Over the last five years I have been learning about our body’s Zeta Potential through a remarkable Substack contributer. Clogging of cellular water, spike protein preventing circulation in it’s crystalline form, could this also be contributing to H.T.?
I believe that facial changes are also occurring. Cranial nerves effecting leveling, tracking, lid and structural deviations that seem to be creating facial imbalance. I callously compare our post vaccinated world to a real life Salvadore Dali painting. The shock never ends and I fear that I am becoming desensitized.

Forensic pathologists found nanotechnology within the shots that coalesced in the body forming microclots and larger. It seems logical that anyone who has taken the shot might without hesitation use Dr McCoullough’s protocol to remedy, especially since he was author of the mRNA platform.

I recently saw youtube of John Campbell with Dr Tina Perry (hope I got the name correct), she has had great success with her patients using augmented NAC in removing spike. Again, I am not sure if these are recommendations because they get a percent from sales or genuinely helping people. I wish people posted before and after blood test results (anonymously of-course) so we can trust the therapy. I am sure Dr McCullough is genuine when he recommends wellness company supplements on his podcasts. But so many of these Dr’s were de-platformed, they still need to make a living so that does come to mind. Hopefully folks understand what I mean. Do keep the suggestions and discussion going. I feel if I can help even one person get back their BP under control with supplements/lifestyle/diet that would be so satisfying.

Hi, I don’t have Covid related HBP but over the last several years it has creeped up a bit. My integrative doc suggested I take BP Nat Relief from NatRelief.com. He told me to only take it a few times a week, that it was pretty powerful and that many people who take it can eventually go off of it at least for long stretches if not permanently. I bought some and was skeptical about it being powerful so I was a little lax in scheduling how often I took it. One day, after I had take maybe 3 in a row or several in a week I was feeling a little off. I sat down to take my BP and, sure enough, it was low – too low for me. Since then, I’m more respectful of its power and I take it 1-3 times a week. Never had a supplement give me such clear results. Everyone is different, it didn’t work for my husband but might work for you.

This product is no longer available on the website. Ingredients look good, how did you get it and how long back?

Dr. Stephen Sinatra was an inspirational cardiologist who developed a protocol called ‘metabolic cardiology’. He used targeted supplements and diet to support the energy of the cell (ATP) and ultimately, the heart. These included CoQ10, L-Carnitine, D-Ribose, Magnesium and Fish Oil. Blood pressure reduces when the system is supported!
-
Good info. Will add L-carnetine and D-Ribose. Did you try taking this combination? Thanks for sharing.

I take it all! My mom came home from the hospital in 2019 with 3 days to a week to live. Her diagnosis was heart failure and pancreatitis. She was 90 years old. They stopped all of the 15 medications she was on because she was palliative (accept for the nitropatch which I requested). She had been on blood pressure pills for 40 years. We managed her blood pressure through orthomolecular medicine: giving the body back what it is missing (amino acids, vitamins, minerals.) She lived another 3 years. I learned a lot about blood pressure though taking care of her.
