Hydration is key!

Did you know that you can make your own hydration drink? This is one of Dr. Kristina Carman’s Life Hacks!
In this drink I mixed:
1. Lemon slices
2. Sliced ginger
3. Himalayan salt- about 1/2 tsp.
4. Mint from my garden
5. Rosemary from my garden
6. Filtered water and ice
I add all of this to an insulated water bottle and I drink this all day. When I go to the gym or go practice yoga, paddle, surf, or go to my aerial silk class, I make sure that I hydrate before and after and drink during my activities. In the summer and when the weather warms up, I add hydration formulas that I purchase for myself that are custom mixed for me. My favorite brand is Infinit Nutrition. Another great brand that you can buy for extra hydration is LMNT.
