    Did you know that you can make your own hydration drink? This is one of Dr. Kristina Carman’s Life Hacks!

    In this drink I mixed:

    1. Lemon slices

    2. Sliced ginger

    3. Himalayan salt- about 1/2 tsp.

    4. Mint from my garden

    5. Rosemary from my garden

    6. Filtered water and ice

    I add all of this to an insulated water bottle and I drink this all day. When I go to the gym or go practice yoga, paddle, surf, or go to my aerial silk class, I make sure that I hydrate before and after and drink during my activities. In the summer and when the weather warms up, I add hydration formulas that I purchase for myself that are custom mixed for me. My favorite brand is Infinit Nutrition. Another great brand that you can buy for extra hydration is LMNT.

    Thanks for the recipe! The Infit Nutrition custom blends for hydration also look amazing. Hadn’t heard of them before. My young adult daughter has severe POTS so we’re always looking for hydration options with lots of sodium which also have potassium (she’s on Florinef so keeping potassium up is always a challenge). She uses mostly Liquid IV & Nuun but this option looks really interesting.
