Hospital refused to honor ppo insurance that activated one -2 days after admitted for a fall at home only. A general hospital. My husband has squamish cell carcinoma on tongue. Being treated at home. Unfortuanatelt my guard was down. I called 911. It was a hugh nightmare eversince. I just needed help with him not being able to get up off floor They gave Morphine given. Too high a dose. Made him sick. It was only for xray and moving him. He had just a little back pain. He coded twice in the hospital due to his phlegm being asperated and he stopped breathing. Two different times. They are not a cancer hospital. I did not go there for his cancer. .he never ever asperated his phlegm at home it drained out of side mouth

We wanted him transported to scripps san diego. The hospital refused completely ( ICU) and demanded he would be staying on his hmo insurance he was admitted on ( it canceled only two days after being admitted and ppo activated. They refused ppo. I tried to take him out ama. But they called security on me and banned me , his wife of 45 years.. there was no raising if voice ir any violence or threats. I calmly went with security while I called 911. More nightmare. Now his life is at stake. They on their own while not telling me anything shipped him to another hospital after about two to three weeks. Put in as ” no info no visitors. I had no knowledge where he was.

His life is in real danger now. I will explain more. Later.

Sadly, this is not going to help you, but falls under the heading of “empathy”, and something that friends who work in the medical field and we were discussing over dinner last night. Particularly in the now labeled “communist” States like your California and our New York, the centralization of medical care and integration with insurance carriers and government, the attitude is that your life (well-being, and body) is now the property of the State and “partners”, who are moving as rapidly as possible to enforce control for their own interests. What was ageed among us is that this now requires a radical shift of actions and expectations – if you engage the ‘standard’ medical system, you will be subject to their ‘standard’ approach , insurance agreed-upon procedures (including pharmaceuticals), and ‘partnered’ whims ONLY (these include doctor, ancillaries, like setting and drugs, and insurance carrier). If you want ANY control over your life, health, and well-being, unless in an imminent life-and-death circumstance, you must completely AVOID the entire medical system and rely on your own treatmennt options (we have just regressed (150) years in medical treatment!!).

In your scenario, and for all of us, this UNDERSCORES the importance of notarized “Health Proxies” and “Living Wills”. Even here, with those in hand you can still engage a lawyer or judge to re-assert control, and even the serious threat of a lawsuit will usually stop the abuse of rights. The use of a personal recorder or the “record” function on your phone to collect all of the verbal exchange for potential future use is very helpful – if they see you doing that, it also usually sobers them up. Very sorry for your experience and wish you better circumtances!

I am not a professional but you might check out thehealthyamerican.org with Peggy. She knows all about our rights and the laws. Just thought I would share this.

I’m not sure what your question is but I have a comment.

Our country is at war and this medical stuff (the abuse of power and poor care from hospitals) is an indirect result of that war. The war started from powerful, big-money holders of the world who, due to their greed, want more and more power. It’s not enough to rule over one or two countries, they want global domination. It is profitable for them to have goods made in China, India, Mexico, and Vietnam, where the labor is cheaper, and have their goods sold in the US. With this open economy, US has only DOWNWARDS to go, particularly when our country is letting in illegals who end up putting more pressure on our economy. The globalists are fine if this negatively affects the US, it doesn’t bother them one bit. In fact, breaking up the US would suit them just fine. It appears that is their goal–to break up the US. All of this spiraling down of our economy and bringing in illegals has a negative effect on hospitals as well. Hospitals get reimbursed little from Medicaid and Medicare and many people file bankruptcy for hospital bills making the hospital write off many thousands of dollars. The hospital administrators are fed up and have grown more and more cold hearted than they were before. Bad news for anyone who steps into the hospital, particularly someone who is on Medicaid or Medicare, etc.

So if all this makes sense, you know that it’s on you to take care of yourself. No one else is going to do it for you. Learn how to be healthy (eat healthy, don’t overeat, etc.) There are numerous online free resources giving out healthy living information. Pray for direction and guidance and, in my experience, guidance comes. My mother is almost 95 years old and I have her on zero medications (except aspirin). Medications (like blood pressure & cholesterol meds) are not without side-effects. I think they’re dangerous. I say NO to prescription meds and we eat extremely healthy. In my experience, health can be obtained from a good diet (homemade food from scratch), sensible sun exposure, exercising to ability. If you’re dealing with diabetes or severe HBP, etc., those need professional guidance obviously.

My point is this: We’re in a war and there are going to be casualties (as there already have been.) It’s mostly on the individual to figure out (hopefully with God’s guidance) where he/she can get trusted, good information and how to put that information into practice.

And vote for the candidates who are pro-USA.

I don’t understand how a hospital has the right to HOLD/KEEP a patient against their will…. ??.. Do you have power of attorney ?? What would happen if YOU called the police and explained what the hospital is doing …. Ugh … I am so sorry you’re dealing with this nightmare.

God Bless you and your husband,

Yes, there is a big problem with our hospital system.

If you can get other family members and friends to help out, or help support you in this struggle, this will help. Some resources: https://www.bitchute.com/video/frYzgns7sYwL/
