    My son was vaxed to keep his job. He is willing to take supplements to aid his health. What would be the easiest way for him to begin with this without overwhelming him? He is having a lot of joint pain.

    Has he tried a carnivore or very low carb/no sugar diet? I have found that helps a lot with arthritis pain and inflammation.
