<div>Dr. McCullough’s formula and following the protocol on the IMA website would be a good place to start:</div>

Scientifically formulated for use in the McCullough Protocol, Ultimate Spike Detox is the most effective spike detox on the planet. Featuring Nattokinase, a special enzyme that may help break down spike protein and disrupt its function, along with Bromelain and … Continue reading

Thank you. Do you happen to have a link to the protocol on the IMA website – or how to find it.?

It occurs to me that FLCCC continues to post protocols, including one for Long Covid, or post-vaccine recovery, which is probably the first place to go.
In addition, I wish to recommend Walter M. Chesnut, who posts weekly at Substack. He often gives an update on vitamins, minerals, herbs, and other tonics for restoration after the Covid and/or the Covid vaxx.
I wish you and your friends/family all the best on the healing path.

Thank you for your kindness and the recommendations. I’ll check them out.

This is a good question. I have friends that got the first series, but nothing since.
They are healthy but worried.
Is a detox recommended for people 4 years out from one series?
Thank you

Good question! I don’t know the answer.

Yes, this is a good question. No one really knows yet what the long-term effects of Covid and/or the Covid vaccines may be.
I think that it is reasonable to consider that “Long Covid” may be at play, when one experiences new health issues, years after having had known Covid or the vax; or when one experiences worsening of an existing chronic condition. If this is a known illness, then follow existing guidelines for treatment, including alternative guidelines of your choice.
This is a time for all of us (because we have virtually all had Covid by now) to determine what our personal guidelines are for best possible health, and follow them, day in day out. Talking discipline here. Hydration, diet, exercise, vitamins, tonics, forums like this, hope and faith…..
My best to all fellow forum members

The best thing to do is read over the protocols on this website.
https://imahealth.org/treatment-protocols/
look on the left side of page under RECOVERY; pick one and “just do it”.
Personally, I am in similar situation: Wife and I both had the 1st two Pfizer jabs in 2021; both took ivermectin for a while(see protocol) and the Spike detox nutraceuticals mentioned above. Dr. McCullough has a newer version called Ultimate Spike detox; I would buy that one now.

👍 Love the ‘Just do it’. Completely agree.

Thank you for the links. And for the info on McCullough’s updated version. I don’t recall which particular ingredient but I have read mixed opinions of that particular ingredient (a common one). Sorry for not being more specific. Maybe I’ll see if I can look at the ingredient list. Anyway, thanks for your help.

Found it. Dr. Judy Mikovits re: nattokinase. Don’t know if this applies to the nattokinase in the product. From Grok: 6 posts
15 web pages
Dr. Judy Mikovits has expressed strong opinions about nattokinase, particularly in the context of its use as a nutraceutical. She asserts that nattokinase, as commonly sold in supplement form, is not a naturally occurring kinase but rather a synthetic serine protease, which she labels as a “drug” and a “poison.” According to her, this synthetic version can be harmful because it excessively breaks down serine protease proteins in the body, potentially leading to adverse effects such as the creation of D-dimers, which are fragments produced when blood clots dissolve and can indicate clotting issues if elevated.
Mikovits has emphasized that the formulation of nattokinase matters significantly. She warns against most commercially available nattokinase products, suggesting they are made with recombinant proteins that the body rejects. However, she does recommend a specific formulation, “NattokinPlus,” as part of an “Advanced Recovery mRNA Spike Detox protocol,” implying that this version is safer or more effective in her view. She has also criticized the broad promotion of nattokinase for purposes like breaking down spike proteins (e.g., from SARS-CoV-2), arguing that its mechanism could cause a “firestorm” of unintended consequences in the body.
