Dr. Pierre wrote in a Substack article why it is possible for a case of heart inflammation to occur 6 month past an episode of COVID in an otherwise healthy young man.

My thinking is that COVID or the mRNA spike protein vaccine could cause a vulnerability of our immune system to auto-immune reactions, but full blown symptoms require another triggering event. This might be an allergic food intake or light brush with poison ivy as an example. For myself I knew my triggering event was consecutive 2 days of eating chocolate ice-cream (1 month past my second jab).

After my first serving of chocolate ice-cream I was already not feeling too well, but the next day I ate more of the same. Then full blown Long Vax condition occurred. For reference I have eaten this type of ice-cream many times prior to my mRNA injections, all without any problems.
