I just had another call today …that’s three close friends I know diagnosed with breast cancer in the past two months.

What struck me is that all of them instinctively reached out to me. I often wonder if that would’ve happened a few years ago. But over time, I’ve put together a document I now share when someone is newly diagnosed. It starts with a link to the IMA Cancer Hub and then points them to relevant guides based on their next steps.

For example, the friend I spoke to today is going with chemo and surgery, so I directed her to the Preoperative Repurposed Drugs guide. I also include books, podcasts, and trusted online communities for support and shared experiences.

It’s become something of a “starter kit”.

What would be your top thing to share with a friend who’s just been diagnosed?
A piece of advice, a resource, a perspective, I’d love to keep the list growing.

Discontinue permanently consuming any sugar and any alcohol.

    Switch to a keto diet.

Read “Tripping Over The Truth” by Travis Christofferson and “Cracking Cancer Toolkit” by Jeffrey Dach, M. D.–as well as Dr. Marik’s books which refines Dr. Dach’s information into instructions.

I used Cracking Cancer Toolkit often. For others’ information, it contains tons of information about different supplements and repurposed drugs for cancer, and specifically what makes it great is “in combination with each other.” There are many synergies.

My #1 piece of advice is don’t let them rush you into anything. It’s never as time critical as they lead you to believe. i was diagnosed TNBC right before Christmas and because they were all on vacation I couldn’t see an oncologist or surgeon for a month. But it was the best thing, because I had time to research. And also to start alternative treatments at a cancer center. The tumor was already shrinking by the time I did have surgery.

Thank you, agree and my very first note is “Don’t let anyone rush your decisions and do the research then ask the questions you need answered. ”

Unfortunately two of them were scared into immediate chemo and surgery, I did send the preoperative drugs guide top get started on something, and I know that they will research everything else …but after they have already been pushed into the system.

#1 Did you get the DNA or mRNA COVID19 “vaccines”?

#2 Is your cancer aggressive (i.e., does the biopsy show a very high SUV#)?

#3 Are you willing to listen to how a combination of diet, traditional cancer treatment, adjunctive use of repurposed drugs, specific nutrients, and fasting can work in a more powerful way than just “trusting the doctor”?

If they answer yes to these questions, then they need to watch this video, a look into how the Covid jabs are causing cancer and now showing up with DNA or mRNA markers in worldwide studies of the “vaccinated” who recently have cancer:

They all got the jabs, and all regret it. They are very open to diet and repurposed drugs (that’s one of the reasons they asked for info from me as I talk openly about these options), but are still scared not to do chemo and surgery, and one of them has aggressive cancer, one is still awaiting results and the other was caught early.

I am going to add this to my watch list for them, thank you.

Strap them down and force them to read Jane McClellan’s How To Starve Cancer!

    My #1 “start now!” recommendation:

    Start taking Liposomal Vitamin C.

    Several grams, every 3-6 hours.

Increase dosage every week or 10 days.

What Every Cancer Patient Needs to Know – Chris Wark

    published 2013-08-08; updated 2025-01-15

In this 11-minute video recorded in 2013 (below), I share some of the most important things I’ve learned about cancer, health and healing– things I wish someone had told me when I was first diagnosed in December 2003. If I re-recorded it today, I would say the exact same thing.

How To Help People You Care About | Advice From A Cancer Survivor

    #chrisbeatcancer

It is critical for the patient to take control of their health and become a seeker of information. They have to be in the driver’s seat of their healing journey. I talk about this in more detail in my video How You Can Help Someone Else.

This video is all about why it’s hard to help people, and my advice as a cancer survivor. I’m often contacted by people asking for advice on how to help someone else. Here’s my answer.

So true, I know I can give all the links and support, but they have to do the research and make the changes.
