I look forward to hearing the discussion on nutrition during the 2024 conference. Many gut biomes have been destroyed by glyphosate/toxins, and as a result, grains are being avoided and agriculturally obliterated and our livestock is suffering too.

Grains, especially ancient, organic grains are a critical component of Whole Plant Based diets across the world.

In their Whole form, many are perfectly designed with all the amino acids/proteins to make them a Complete Protein. Legumes, (beans, peas, and lentils) are another example of a healthy, clean protein enjoyed by Whole Plant-Based dieters.

We must support our country’s farmers in both the meat and the organic grain industry. Without healthy grains, we also don’t have healthy livestock.

See Weston A. Price – a great resource.

Me, age 60, no meat, egg, cheese, or processed food. No oil or simple carbs. My diet is rich in ‘Whole’ grains and legumes now. Prior to this change 10 years ago, I had all kinds of inflammatory conditions. Dr pushed statins, insulin, hormones, and steroids. None now. No conflicts.
