  The last few years have left many in our community reeling—not just from the direct impacts of disease, but from the confusion, frustration, and heartbreak that followed in the wake of pandemic policies, mandated interventions, and the all-too-often impersonal machinery of modern medicine.

  Reading reflections like TommyWalksHills’ recent post brings these realities into focus:

  “I have easily lost 60 folks in the last 2 years in my community, most likely cancer due to vax not covid…
  …There are a ton of folks living in personal ‘shame’ as they try to believe the vaccines they received are legit. They ‘got sucker punched.’…
  …IMA needs some type of almost pastoral approach, and large scale training, to understanding SHAME as a gateway blocking good attempts to help them.”

  Many here have lived some version of this—reminding us that medicine is about restoring dignity and real solutions, not just protocols.

  We seek:
