  • Important Update: Email Notification Delays and Take Control of Your Notifications

We want to make you aware of an issue affecting email notifications and apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

    What Happened

Our email system recently experienced an unexpected limitation that significantly reduced how many emails we can send per hour. While we previously sent millions of emails without issue, we were suddenly restricted to starting over with much lower sending limits. We’ve been gradually increasing our capacity (currently at about 1,000 emails per hour and growing daily), but this has created a substantial backlog.

    What This Means for You

Due to this backlog of approximately 150,000 queued emails, you may experience:

    • Delayed notifications – You might receive alerts for forum posts or activities that happened up to 2 weeks ago
    • Emails after unsubscribing – If you recently unsubscribed, you may still receive some emails that were already queued in our system before you made that change
    • Duplicate or outdated alerts – Some notifications may no longer be relevant by the time they arrive

We expect to clear this backlog over the next week as our sending capacity continues to increase.

    Take Control of Your Notifications

This is a good time to review and customize your notification preferences. Our enhanced notification settings give you granular control over what you receive:

You can choose to receive notifications via email, web only, or disable specific types of alerts entirely.

    We Appreciate Your Patience

We’re working diligently to restore normal email operations and apologize for any confusion or frustration this has caused. If you have questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Thanks for bringing this delay issue to my attention! I just happened to see this alert, and was wondering why I hadn’t seen anything about it earlier. I was going to reply to one of those two-week old postings (about the lawsuit for the 72-vaccine schedule) and ask why it was being sent out so late; now I know. Just curious, though … Is this sudden restriction on your emailing system occurring because of opposition mischief by medical-freedom opponents? Or was it merely due to corporate greed?

Thanks for asking @AaronAF . We’ve actually had this issue for a while. Behind the scenes the tech team have had a horrendous time, but we feel there may be light at the end of what’s been a very dark tunnel. We think it’s mischief, and false spam reporting, so probably not corporate greed, but who knows who’s behind the unexpected stoppages and IP blockages.

The best explanation would be what you see across all Big Tech and cancel culture: selective enforcement of technicalities and rarely used rules.

They seem to try and find every minor excuse they can to throttle/ban us, while others seem to get away with the most abhorrent email behavior.

We have the strictest and cleanest emailing system and campaigns that anyone on our tech or marketing team has ever seen in their careers. Well above industry standards and averages, and we work very hard to keep it as clean and honest as possible.

Because of this, we do win the “fights” quickly, as our evidence is undeniable. But it is still a constant struggle, and in the end, we have to play by their rules.

👍 Thanks for this explanation, Eric, and to you and your team for all you guys do with these eternally frustrating behind the scenes challenges.
