I have a friend who had a severe bout with shingles, affecting his eyes

Is there a legitimate treatment of any kind for tinnitus? Facebook, of course, has many cures just waiting to take your money. If an explanation of that “cure” takes longer than two minutes, I suspect it’s a waste of time and money.
