Needs to be spread widely. The largest data set we&#8217;ve ever had in the world (the Bandim Health Project) showed the benefit outweighs risk for only 3 vaccines, none of which are avail in the US (BCG, measles alone &#8211; not MMR &#8211; and&hellip;</p>

<p>Personally I&#8217;d treat him as an adult and use a combination of IVM/nattokinase/bromelein on him. And possibly the augmented NAC which I&#8217;ve been hearing much about but have not started using yet personally. I have adult who weigh 80lbs which is what my 10 y/o nephew weighs. </p>
