Maybe the different companies work differently. I was able to use PayPal as long as my order was $100 or less. Above that it had to be a money order or some other method and I wasn’t familiar with those services at the time. WISE could have been one of them.

I remembered being alarmed by how many emails I received but I think I wrote back saying I had found someone and they did not pester me.
