I have been using Nature’s gift 70% orally and topically. Works very well. I may try the DMSO store brand now, but as you said, it is only in 100% which is too strong for topical (oral doses are always diluted).

More info… the young woman was using a Libre Freestyle monitor which showed a few short night time dips below 70 during the startup of the meter the first 3 or 4 days. The monitor dips lasted about 30 minutes on average. These dips did not wake her. Her daytime glucose levels are perfect.

I am trying to define night time hypoglycemia. The standard sources appear to give what is normal for the US population, which I doubt is healthy.

Just in case if you are questioning the quality of your ivermectin due to eysight changes…If you are taking really high doses of IVM of 36-48mg or more per day, then people can get a visual haze in the morning due to the IVM.

Yes to moving the time of administration. I moved most of my IVM intake to breakfast. It helped a little. The 16-24 half life of IVM means a morning dose is still mostly there in the evening but is still a bit lower.

I too am taking IVM and having some vision effects, so lets triangulate our experiences. I notice it mainly in the morning for an hour after waking up.

The meter you have pictured in your post is the meter I am discussing.

You mentioned continuous glucose meters, which are different. I am using a continuous meter, the Freestyle Libre, which has worked well.

I am under the CancerCare protocol of Dr Marik and am taking 48mg of Ivermectin each day with zero negative effects.

I too have Psoriatic arthritis. When I strengthen my immune system, my arthritis gets worse, no question. This is expected since most of the standard drug therapies, like embrel, main purpose is to weaken the immune system. I don’t have a solution for you. But I have chosen to have a strong immune system and just dealing with the arthritis.
