I get tested every other month since I’m still dealing with the COVID shot injury. I get the test done at LabCorp and the order is for:

SARS-CoV-2 Total Antibody, Spike, Semi-Quantitative

I stopped as well and started using CholestMD. My numbers remain good. But I didn’t really have high numbers and was put on statins because my doctor said my “score” was 14.
