But the amount that someone would be exposed to would likely be very little from an injectable delivery given the polymerase only exists inside cells and would require cellular destruction en mass&hellip;</p>

Both of which side rail the benefit. </p>
<p>Magnesium, potassium, sodium and chloride are the fairly big hitters that people tend to find themselves low in. Especially during summer when outside working and sweating in the sun.</p>

That being said, being out in sunlight would be one way to deliver those frequencies. An IR sauna would be another way as well. I still have not heard&hellip;</p>
