I was able to successfully extract the entire tick, but visited URGENT CARE that day. They prescribed doxycycline a one time dosage which I took immediately. Surely consult with a medical practitioner, but I believe it is in your best interest to take the Doxy within a certain period of time to&hellip;</p>

Sadly this disaster highlights the mandatory need for forestry maintenance.  Particularly in areas prone to high heat and prolonged drought cleaning up the forest floor through controlled burns is a necessity.  Many thanks to the fire and police department&hellip;</p>
