    I look forward to diving into this more. Curious, why is acemannan not listed? With the millions of dollars in research on immune optimization and macrophage activation, I would think this would make the list at least for alternative therapies. What are your thoughts?

    Thank you Greg! I appreciate your reply and that is understandable. Yes; I would love to know what Dr. Marik would have to say about acemannan as well. That would be great.
