“ALARMING: “Sudden” and “unexpected” deaths have almost DOUBLED since the rollout of the so-called COVID-19 vaccines, according to obituary database. “At this point, a young person dying unexpectedly, to me, unfortunately, it is the vaccine until proven otherwise,” says Dr. Pierre Kory.
158,000 more Americans died in the first nine months of 2023 compared to the same period in 2019, surpassing all American fatalities in every war since Vietnam.
Alarmingly, these excess deaths are affecting YOUNG people, not the old.
Dr. Pierre Kory blames the COVID shots for these excess deaths. Do you blame them, too?”

“A Harvard University-affiliated teaching hospital is seeking to retract or correct dozens of papers authored by four of its top researchers — including the hospital’s CEO — following a probe into allegations of data falsification.
The Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston has already initiated six retractions to papers and 31 others are in the process of being corrected, the hospital’s research integrity officer, Dr. Barrett Rollins, confirmed to the Harvard Crimson.
The latest accusations come just weeks after Harvard University president Claudine Gay resigned from her top post after she was embroiled in her own plagiarism scandal.”

And this coming from the AAP! How can pediatricians not be in an uproar over this???

When I speaking with someone who is just starting to be open to hearing about the vaccines, I often say “Have you heard of Maddie DeGaray?”. Then I tell her story — given that she was in the trial along with her 2 brothers, no one can claim that they are an anti-vax family. Can’t believe that we’re 3 years in a most people have never heard of her.

MemberJanuary 17, 2024 at 10:45 am EST in reply to: Dr. Marik talks Intermittent Fasting with The National DeskI found I had to gradually increase the fasting time – I’d push it out 30 minutes for a week or two, then the next 30 minutes. You might want to try coffee with some butter in it when you first want to eat. It won’t technically break the fast since it’s just fat and there will be no blood sugar rise. For a lot of people that really helps them extend their fast. Key to butter in your coffee is to blend it completely — I use a Bullet or immersion blender. Love my coffee with butter!

Never hungry before I have my first meal. My challenge is still stopping eating once I’ve started. That time between 1PM and 7PM when I stop eating, I just want to snack and definately can’t limit to just 1 meal. Impressed you’ve been able to Nancer!
