Let me make sure I understand what this means. Is this saying that the tests available are just to testing for past exposure or that there is a response to vaccination but not whether what a person has is active infection?

I read a couple of years ago that the average IQ in the US was falling … when it comes to vaccines, the ability to think independently of people in white coats and deciphering information, I believe IQ has hit the basement and kept on going. Right now, my family has not had COVID.
