Do you recall whether it was suggested topically only or a combo of oral and topical?

Our son has a terrible case of Seb Derm. Unfortunatley, he gave in to pressure and took the jab (2 or 3x) This, among other things such as often being ” tired” and fighting weight gain (he eats well and works out daily so it makes no sense to me) make me think it is related to the jab.
