Thank you to everyone who replied. I am gathering the ideas they have not tried yet and will research them. (They already did extensive testing including genetics and have tried a number of supplements/diet.)

I have a friend who is treating Alzheimers (at a moderate+ stage). He has addressed diet, nutrient levels, etc. with a holistic physician, but he needs to get rid of the amyloid plaque that has already formed in his brain.

Does anyone have ideas for treatment? Specifically, he needs to reverse the damage done.

Does anyone have information on what to do if there is already an amyloid plaque buildup? My friend is treating alzheimers with a good alternative plan, but they need to treat the damage that has already occurred. Does DMSO do that?

He seems to be working with the latest research. He offers hope and not gimmicks. I have not, however, worked with him myself.

The FLCCC list does not help me find pediatric doctors. So far everyone I have contacted will not look at a case in a minor. I will check out the other site you mentioned.
