Intermittent fasting = to one or two days a week 24-hour water fasts? What’s your experience?

I recovered from my infection, but only in the last few weeks have I felt fatigue and brain symptoms. I did not think to monitor my spike protein after my infection.

No, I’m saying my GP said she was dumbstruck by my levels as unvaxxed. I realize shedding seems to be another transmission route. This level seems absurd for simple shedding.

We did the COVID antibody test, which–based on the literture, I am assuming–is a proxy for spike protein load.
