No recommendations as far as I recall. I’ve been using a roll-on bottle from the DMSO Store purchased online – 99.9%.

I use it once a day (not too much) for my lower back and it gives me some base relief. Try it first in small area to make sure you’re not sensitive Dimethyl Sulfoxide.
