Having had NO history of skin troubles, I was also diagnosed with this after two C19 shots. After traditional docs were NO help, I had success eliminating it with a combination of intermittent fasting (1 meal a day) and low dose naltrexone. Dr. Been and Dr. Marik had education classes online regarding this during the summer of 2021.
