It is more important to make sure our detox pathways are moving first &#8211; all pathways, sweat, bowel movements, breathing out, etc.  Drink clean water and then detox our livers using short&hellip;</p>

Keto is also excellent for cognitive decline and Alzheimers as researched by Dr. Dale Bredesen.  All of these great folks have a lot of content on YouTube.  </span></p>

She&#8217;s helped me first work on a stressed liver/gallbladder to now focusing on other blood aspects.  I highly recommend either learning it or finding someone in your area who does.  &#x1f642;</p>
