Hi – you can ask for: “SARS COVid 2 Total Antibody Spike Protein, Quantitative, Serum” (abbreviated: “SARS COV 2 TOTAL AB, SPIKE, SEMI QN”)

Be sure to ask for serum vs nasal swab to get blood results
