The FDA link says, “STROMECTOL should be taken on an empty stomach with water. (See CLINICAL PHARMACOLOGY, Pharmacokinetics.)” I guess it’s for “anti-parasite” use?

She has been taking it on an empty stomach for close to 2 months, starting with 0.3 mg and now 0.6 mg — no apparent effect so far. I’m wondering, should she go back to 0.3 mg or continue with 0.6 mg?
