As a travel nurse, I have to apply for an exemption for each facility I work. Had to apply for 5 in past two years and each one was approved, including Florida, Pennsylvania and even now New York. I recently worked as a travel nurse at Reading Hospital, part of Tower Health System. They accepted my religious exemption for the COVID vaccine. They have a nursing school so may be worth inquiring about.
