Long COVID – Vaccine Injury and Blood Type

Has anyone done a study on the correlation between blood type and COVID injuries? I am attending an HBOT treatment center here in Florida. I have found that most if not all the people attending the treatment center for COVID related injuries have a negative blood type. Also, every friend I asked who suffers from COVID problems has a negative blood type.

Hi barbc, great question – hopefully someone reading has done a study. (If you have, please send us a link or drop your finding here.)

Looking up on a couple of AIs for: Any correlation between positive or negative Blood Type and Long COVID

I got this – Rh Factor and COVID-19

    Some research suggests:

    • Rh-negative blood types may have a protective effect against SARS-CoV-2 infection, intubation, and death.
    • Rh-positive individuals may be more likely to test positive for COVID-19 compared to Rh-negative individuals.

and this: Rh-negative blood: Rh-negative individuals, regardless of their ABO blood type, may also be at a lower risk of infection and severe illness, including Long COVID (ARR = 0.79; 95% CI, 0.73–0.85).

Looking up for: Any correlation between positive or negative Blood Type and COVID vaccine injury

    • Rhesus (Rh) Factor. The search results don’t provide specific information about correlations between Rh factor (positive or negative) and COVID-19 vaccine injuries.

    And the other

    • A meta-analysis did not find an association between Rh-factor and COVID infection.

There could be a built-in positive bias in play here. Still, great question. And if anyone reading has some info please do drop it here.
